I am in Kennewick, Washington getting my oil changed and having my tires rotated before departing for Seattle tomorrow afternoon. It is 102 degrees and I am sitting in an air conditioned waiting room and they have a computer I can use to check e-mails, Facebook, blog, etc. How cool is that? Max went river rafting in Israel today. I hope it wasn’t as hot as here and I am sure he had a great time. He got to see my mom’s cousin (kind of) Berele who is also known as Dov. He lives at Ayelet Hashachar and he’s a lovely fellow. He was set to see Max, but Max panicked because (did I spell panicked correctly?) while he wanted to see Berele, he did not want to miss river rafting. His days in Israel are getting shorter. They fly back home August 3 so they are cherishing all moments. We heard someone got kicked out of the program for buying and sharing booze. We also heard Max was invited and chose not to go…and we didn’t hear that from Max so we figure his earlier trouble helped him make a better choice later in the summer. Adam was last seen with a cast on his left arm playing tennis so we know he’s fine. Marty is deciding (with Davied Mozier) whether or not they are going to bite the heat bullet and bike down to Portland early tomorrow morning. Everyone is spread around the world. I think I said Arne and Judy are in Norway. Claire is in Texas. Our kids are in California and Israel. I am in styling Kennewick and Marty is at home. My mom departs Florida on Saturday on her journey to move her. My Dad and Carmen are home but they are sure to be on the road any minute as they are always going or coming from somewhere fun. I feel blessed to have health and family members who are in good health so they can be traveling. I am trying to dump my port the first week of September to coincide with the end of chemo last year. All is well. Ciao.
